After attending undergraduate University of California Santa Cruz, where he received a degree in economics and environmental studies, Mr. Glick pursued his Masters in Public Policy from the University of Michigan. Thereafter, he worked as an environmental policy consultant in Washington D.C. He then decided it was time for a career change — one that would allow him to pursue his passion for advocacy.
In 2007, Mr. Glick graduated cum laude, top 10%, from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he received a full-ride scholarship and served as editor of the Loyola Law Review. After law school, Mr. Glick held a prestigious federal clerkship with the Honorable Gary Klausner, U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
After law school, Mr. Glick spent years as an employment attorney defending large companies. He worked at some of the most respected and prestigious law firms in the United States. But then he came to a realization. In the people he was fighting against he saw himself and his friends and family. He knew they were generally good people who had simply fallen on hard times. Some of these people were just looking for a break but couldn’t get anyone to listen to them. Others had their rights violated and were fighting to get what they deserved. He decided he could no longer be the lawyer standing in their way.
In 2014, Mr. Glick left the defense world and started Glick Law Group. Mr. Glick now represents employees exclusively. He brings the same high level of expertise, passion and dedication to pursuing employee rights that he formerly brought to defending cases.
